About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable professional, you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficient cash flow management. In these temporary and contract roles, you will optimize accounts receivable processes, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial operations.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable Management – Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Client Account Setup & Maintenance – Ensure accurate records and up-to-date account details.
• Payment Processing & Discrepancy Resolution – Identify and resolve billing issues, ensuring timely payments.
• Collections & Follow-Ups – Proactively manage overdue accounts and minimize outstanding balances.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaboration with Sales & Finance Teams – Ensure smooth communication and financial accuracy.

What You Bring

✔ Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Immediate or short-notice availability to work.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

➕ Nice-to-Have:

• Enrollment in CCP designation (an asset but not required).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
