Payroll Jobs – Temporary contract work
$30-70 per hour

Do you have experience in Payroll?
We are looking for strong Payroll Administrators, Payroll Clerks, Payroll Specialists and Payroll Managers to join our temporary team, for a variety of payroll jobs in the Greater Vancouver area.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle payroll duties for union and non-union staff
• Processing and administrating payroll and benefits to hourly, salaried and commissioned staff
• Ensure all payroll and benefits transactions are performed accurately and timely
• Maintaining payroll information, updating payroll information including changes in job title, departments, exemptions, benefits, terminations.
• Setting up payroll and benefits for new members of staff
• Responding to staff regarding their pay and benefits
• Administration of WCB, EI, ROE’s, T4’s
• Producing reports
• Supervising staff when required
• Assisting with special projects such as system implementations

 
We have a variety of levels of temporary Payroll positions ranging from Junior to Managerial, basic requirements we look for are:

• PCP designation or student is preferred
• Experience working in Payroll required
• Good understanding of employment standards legislation and government regulations in relation to payroll
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Quick learner with an ability to work to tight deadlines 
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Great sense of initiative and problem solving skills
