Experienced in US & Canadian payroll & benefits adminstration

  • Over 10 years Payroll, Benefits and HR processing and administration gained mainly within manufacturing, retail, tech and utilities sector.

 

  • Accomplishment: She initiated and created an excel file which could be easily inputted into ADP to record the annual bonuses of each staff member so they didn't have to manually enter each one.  This greatly reduced the amount of time spent each year on this process and increased the accuracy.

 

  • Experienced in US & Canadian full cycle payroll and benefits administration, multi-provincial full cycle payroll, union & non-union payroll, HR Administration, high volume payroll processing (up to 3000 salaried and hourly staff), hourly and salaried payroll.

 

  • Systems used: ADP PaySpecialist, ADP WFN, ADP PCPW, Explorer, RISE, MS Excel (advanced)
