The role:
As a Temporary HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the maintenance and updating of HR records.

- Assisting with performance management processes.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Possession of HR-related certification or relevant HR qualifications is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing issues and challenges.
