Candidate sourcing:
we use innovative & established methods to engage with not just active, but passive candidates too. We have an intimate understanding and use the most effective channels to reach candidate communities for specific jobs, and our use of social media methods and highly rated service means we reach the widest pool of candidates and connect with a constant stream of referrals, so we find the people you need.

Candidate Checks:
we do the background work so you don’t have to, this includes; checking 2 forms of identity, rights to work in locality, qualification verifications and conducting criminal & credit checks when needed

Face to Face Interview:
we meet with every one of our candidates face to face, conduct thorough interviews and provide career support to build trust and ensure we have a better understanding of their experience and career aspirations so we are best placed to position them in the right job.

Role specific Interview:
we re-interview our candidates for each role to ensure they have a clear understanding of a role, the requirements, purpose and company culture, and to re-assess behavioural and skill set suitability.

Referencing:
we obtain at least 2 recent and relevant employment references from each candidate, but we don’t just verify employment, we also contact references to certify the candidate has the right experience needed for a role before we place them with our clients.

Skills testing & pre-employment assessments:
do you require advanced MS Excel skills or fluency in a foreign language for your job vacancy? Don’t worry we’ll assess our candidate’s ability levels with our globally recognised skills assessment tool and can provide you with the results.

Placement:
we make certain our candidates have all the details of their placements, feel secure and confident in their acceptance, and provide support to them through the resignation process to reduce the risk of no-shows, withdrawal, and uncertainty.

Post placement aftercare:
we maintain regular contact with our candidates and clients after a placement is made to guarantee satisfaction and to provide on-going support.

Feedback requests:
are sent to our clients & candidates so we can ensure we are providing them with the best experience.
