Accounts Payable – Temporary positions
(various locations Downtown and within Greater Vancouver)
$24-50 per hour – depending on experience.

Do you have experience in Accounts Payable?
 
We are looking for strong Accounts Payable Administrators, Accounts Payable Clerks, Accounts Payable Specialists, Accounts Payable Supervisors and Accounts Payable Managers for various temporary and contract assignments we have in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

You decide when you work and for how long!

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable
• Reviewing, coding and processing invoices
• Preparing and processing cheques, wire and EFT payments
• Identifying and resolving any invoice or payment discrepancies
• Answering vendors questions via email and telephone
• Processing staff expenses 
• Performing month-end reconciliations
• Preparing reports as required by internal and external staff
• Supervising and mentoring staff when required (for managerial positions)

Requirements:

•  Accounts Payable experience
• Quick learner with an ability to work to tight deadlines 
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-spirit and ability to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
