Property Accountant – Vancouver (onsite)
$70,00-80,000 plus bonus and benefits

We’re searching for a skilled Property Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of financial management within the real estate sector, contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee monthly and annual reporting, budget processes, GST reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with property management and leasing staff to maintain property budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and manage financial systems and processes.
• Engage in financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable reviews.
• Contribute to team efforts and work collaboratively with various departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management accounting is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
