We provide fairer value by charging only a 10% upfront retainer fee, significantly lower than the market average of 30%.

Additionally, we bill 30% of the estimated total fee when we present our candidate shortlist rather than on a set time frame, ensuring that you pay for results rather than time.

The remaining balance is invoiced on the first day of placement.

No-Fee Cancellation and 1-Year Search Guarantee

We believe in transparency and building trust with our clients, which is why we do not have a cancellation fee and offer up to 1-year satisfaction guarantee on retained searches.
