- Our low-risk fee structure is designed to prioritize your needs and foster collaboration, so we can deliver the best possible outcomes.
- We provide fairer value by charging only a 10% upfront retainer fee, significantly lower than the market average of 30%. Additionally, we bill 30% of the estimated total fee when we present our candidate shortlist rather than on a set time frame, ensuring that you pay for results rather than time. The remaining balance is invoiced on the first day of placement.
